I celebrated my daughter’s 8th birthday with a glow in the dark aerial yoga party. All of the kids absolutely loved it and had an amazing time. The staff was friendly and professional and the facility was nicely maintained. I got so many compliments from parents on what a cool idea for a party. Would definitely recommend to anyone! Thank you for making my daughter’s birthday so memorable.

Had a great infrared sauna experience. Very clean. Ann the studio manager was so hospitable, kind and pleasant. So much so I thought she owned the studio!

I absolutely love this studio! I look forward to Evangelina's antigravity class every week. She is encouraging, calming, motivating, and makes you feel like you can do anything. It's also a great workout.

The only reason why I'd give this 2 stars is because the antigravity classes have been amazing. The girl that teaches pilates class made me traumatized from ever coming back again. I haven't been working out due to health issues and when I finally started up again, she told me in front of everyone, that she hates how young girls like me don't try as hard as the older people. She embarrassed me again by hitting me on the top of my head (not too hard, but nobody should dare lay their hands on me) saying that I'm not doing it right. Excuse me, it's my first time doing pilates ever. Disabilities can't always be seen and this place should be aware of that. If you're able to keep up, then this is the place for you. If not, be prepared to get embarrassed.

I took Denise Lynne's Booty Barre class this morning and must say Denise is an amazing teacher. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body and proper form. I learned a lot and highly recommend taking her class.
