Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. It started with the location and excellent service. It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the owner Basil, he is eager to help and will take time with you. Also he understands what you are striving for and he WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. This will definitely be my go to gym, hope to see you there!

I’ve been working out at SoleInfusion for over a year now and instantly lost a lot of weight after receiving such helpful nutrition and workout tips from Basil. It’s always a great atmosphere at the gym. Super helpful and friendly staff. Can only recommend testing it out. It’s so worth it!

I’m so glad there’s a good gym close to me. I stopped working out two years ago Bc I didn’t have a gym in my area. And then I found out about sole infusion from my family and since I hadn’t worked out in two years I was skeptical at first but after going for a few times I felt right at home thanks to basil and everyone else. Everyone is friendly and the gym is very clean and has all the equipment you need. Also very affordable!

It’s one of the most comfortable environments with incredibly motivating trainers, especially including the owner, Basil. From the moment we met, he began cultivating a customized and realistic diet and workout plan that would best meet my goals. I’m so grateful for him, his positive energy, and encouraging words of wisdom ; I can’t see myself continuing my fitness journey anywhere else !
