I love Energy Fitness! The gym is always clean, always comfortable and always a good vibe when I am their! Staff is all accommodating and helpful. They offer free towel service also which is a big plus! Plenty of state of the art equipment and all of the trainers and instructors are knowledgeable. Never overcrowded! Highly recommend.

They have a very well organized programs and very good deals for the money. I have had a great experience there.I am feeling fantastically with my new body.

My mom convinced me to come here best decision I ever made. I get nervous when I'm around people but the staff here made me feel comfortable. The owner Steve is a great guy he will treat you Like your his best friend. I've made a lot of progress since I've been coming here if anyone needs a gym they should check out here because it's a very great place to work out. And there's no pressure by anybody.

They don't raise the prices on you like other gyms. Everything is transparent. I've cancelled before without issues and I ended up coming back because NYSC doubled their prices on me without telling me.
