CGI Holistic Fitness & Spa

This is such a beautiful, artfully designed center - everything you'd look for in a gym/pool/Korean spa/etc but so much warmer, lighter and more comfortable. It's very easy to feel at home and part of a community here, and everything you look at or use is beautiful and thoughtful, with staff that are so connected and attentive. Could not recommend more!

I love going to bar classes!The instructors are all fabulous- very professional but they also make the classes fun for their clients. I am stronger, more flexible and have even lost some weight since starting at Bar. It is a great workout!

The facility provides top notch equipment and an amazing lifting environment. This place embraces anyone trying to take themselves to the next level, no matter how much experience you have in the fitness field. If you haven’t stopped by yet I would definitely recommend doing so

I am from Minnesota and visiting CGI Holistic Fitness fencer on the way home to MN was such a gift.nLaying down on the floor in Himalayan and Far Infrared rooms was rejuvenating and healing.nI felt refreshed after Swimming in the pool - pool temperature was just right for me - not cold at all. Meditation upstairs after walking bare foot the energy path on rocks and crystals was very peaceful and connecting to myself.nThe faculty kept very clean and everything you need after a busy day is there. Loved it and I’ll come back next I will be in New Jersey ❤ufe0fnThank You Staff and Director for taking care of us.

CGI Holistic Fitness & Spa great! i had to cancel my membership because i moved, but they did it over the phone no questions asked! That's unheard of in any gym I've been to ever! Cleanest gym around and good staff.
