CVS

My elderly mother was denied buying a thermometer, after being illegally recorded by one of the employees she left the store enraged and felt violated. I then went there to get one since they refused her and when I tried to ask what happened the manager lost his mind on me , became very aggressive and made me feel unsafe , and would not reassure that his employee ( who was in normal clothes , no mask or gloves did not record my elderly mother , I’ve been shopping here for Over 5 years and understand things are at a high tension right now but in no way should a manger try to use aggression to scare someone who is making a complaint , nor should an employee get to ILLEGALLY record someone who is upset. If there’s someone I can talk to about this besides the manager ( who makes me feel unsafe ) please contact me .. It’s not fair that I now cannot shop at my local CVS during this crisis due to bad employees. Thank you

I had a very good experience with the cashier named Steven ! He was so nice and really helped me with my needs . Thank you Steven, loved the orange juice .

This is to thank Ariana , who was instrumental in helping me obtain the ID I required. She was so nice, accommodating , professional and so “ down to earth” . Her sense of humor was only surpassed by her taking the time to talk to me. She deserves to be recognized for her work ethics and I’d like you to make sure she gets it. I've had a very good experience at the CVS at Nepperhan Ave thanks to the friendly staff. Specifically, one of the employee named Tanya Jospeh who is a cashier is one of the friendliest person that I've met . She is very friendly towards the customers and always makes sure that the customers and alright and answers any questions that we may have regarding the store or products. I've stopped going to Walgreens and made the Nepperhan CVS my main pharmacy/ store. It's very good for a store to have great employees like Tanya Joseph!

I went in there this past Sunday, July 9th. Their prices are ridiculously WAY TOO HIGH!! The store was practically empty, which is no surprise since their items are so expensive. Walgreen's is not extremely cheap, but they are definitely more reasonable. I agree with a previous comment, this store is not needed.
