Needed a safe and dry spot to stow some household goods and the McLoughlin Blvd location is handy. Loved that i was able to do all of the booking online in the morning, and within a short time had a confirmation text and instructions from Cara. When I showed up I was impressed by how easy they make transfer of goods from car to unit with lots of rolling carts. I didn't quite understand the locking system at first but Cara graciously came to the unit with me, showed me how to use the lock, and then made sure to have me work the lock so she knew I was set to go for next time. All good.

I have had an awesome experience with the oak grove storage location. The grounds are clean and we'll taken care of. Everything, including carts are always tidy and available. Customer service is above and beyond any other place I've ever had a locker at. Cara especially goes out if her way to communicate and work with me during these hard times to ensure everything I owe will still be mine not sold in auction. I appreciate that. Not only is she thorough but cara and her staff are professional, but not uptight, and are well trained in their positions. I highly recommend this location to anyone that wants to feel secure leaving their things in storage.

Cara was extremely kind and helpful. This was my first time renting a storage unit and she was super helpful and made sure everything worked properly and I could enter the building comfortably. I am very appreciative of the care she took in both our phone calls and meetings. She was wonderful and will recommend anyone to this place!!

I don’t have a whole lot to say at this point seeing as though I just moved into one of the units. But my first impression is definitely positive! The manager, Cara, was very helpful as well as friendly. She took the time to patiently answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The storage facility I transferred from was disgustingly filthy. This unit was so clean that I could probably eat off the floor! Not that I would of course...... :—)nnAt this point, the only thing I would change is their carts. They are so small it was just about impossible to use it for a queen size mattress.
