Update: 9/2019nWestland finally stood behind their product and sent us a new machine! The new machine works perfectly! I increased my rating to 3 stars since they replaced the machine. I would have given 5 stars if I didn’t have to fight for a few months to get a new machine.nnI purchased my splendide XC 2100 washer dryer combo machine in May 2018 and loved the convenience of having a washer dryer in my coach. Sadly, in April 2019, my machine started to have issues and stopped working. First the door lock would not release. Then it would stop working mid cycle, or it would wash/dry a load and then on the next load, the machine wouldn't lock and turn on. Initially, Westland (Darrell Klein, National Service Director) was very helpful and provided the name of an authorized service center to come and work on the machine. The company (Diamond Valley RV) came out, and with the help of the company technician, seemed to get the machine working. Unfortunately, that didn't last long. I paid the $125.00 service charge for Diamond RV to come out and fix the machine and the machine worked for 1 load . Tried to wash another load and the machine didn't work again. Diamond RV was contacted and they came out and took the machine back to their shop and tried to repair the machine. After several days they concluded that the machine worked intermittently. Sometimrs is worked and sometimes it wouldn't work. The machine was sent pack to Westland for the company technicians (San Saechao) to work on. Amazing, while at Westland, the technician states that the machine worked without any problems, so they sent the machine back to me. The machine was now back in my coach after several weeks at the service centers. The machine washed a load and stopped at the rinse cycle.   I contacted Westland to tell them the machine is not working. I provided numerous videos of the machine not working. Westland (Darrell & San) insisted it was a power problem. I then drove cross country and stopped at numerous rv parks and tested the machine. The machine worked in 2 of 9 rv parks, once again working intermittently. Videos taken and sent to Westland. Westland again insisting it was a power problem at the parks or in my couch. I reiterated that the machine worked intermittently at your authorized service center. At this point, 4 months later, I requested the name of Darrell's Supervisor or someone else who can rectify the situation. My request was denied.nI had a licensed electrician come and check the outlet in my couch and diagnostics displayed that there is no issue with the power in my couch. Once again, I contacted Westland and reported what was determined and was blantantly called a lier.nAll I want is this machine to work or they need to replace it since this problem started while still under my warranty. This machine was $1400.00 and should clearly work for more than 11 months!

Had a question on an RV washer/Dryer and they were happy to help, very friendly and sent me an email with instructions. I will use them from now on for any work I need done!

We ordered a Vesta Dishwasher from PPL Motorhome sales, but the manufacturer was WESTLAND SALES. We were excited about getting it and were shocked when we ordered on a Friday and received it on Monday. Couldn’t of gotten there any faster. We put the dishwasher in and unfortunately it leaked and we tried everything to get it to stop leaking. We called Westland and spoke to Sam and he gave us some suggestions and told us if it doesn’t work to return the dishwasher. Nothing worked. So we decided to take it back to Westland Sales. We gave it to them Wednesday about 3 pm and on Thursday at 8 am we got a call and they told us to come pick up our new dishwasher. Apparently the other one had been damaged. I can’t say enough good things about this company they were right there when we needed them and followed though on all their promises. Thank you Westland Sales and especially Sam.

If you are in Canada do not use this company as they will only ship via ups and you will have to pay a brokerage fee and you will have to be there in person when the package gets to your house to receive it. You will also not have the conveniance of knowing when they will be there. The brokerage fee can be more than the part. This company will not work with you to send it with any other way NOT HELPFULL
