I walked in to Westchester Toyota with the intention to purchase a vehicle to fit my lifestyle. I was approached by a salesman, Johnny Hernandez who was patient, understanding, and listened to my requirements. Johnny wasn’t pushy, which is highly important to me, very calm and collective. He was also amiable, attentive, and very informative with actual facts with no added on ludicrous fictional sales pitches. My father felt welcomed as have I, additionally tremendously please with our purchase. Would highly recommend Johnny Hernandez, to any of our friends and family looking for great service. My experience in this Toyota location was over my expectations. Our representative was (Edward) full of personality, attentive and entertaining. During our walk through, he provided very important information on different models. He also took us on a test ride to see how comfortable we were prior to our purchase. I bought a used Lexus from here and, from start to finish, everyone I worked with was prompt, professional and informative. They were not pushy; instead they were very straightforward about the car, the purchase process and next steps. It was clear to me this is a well-run shop and they don't cut corners. Every check box is ticked, which makes me feel comfortable as a buyer. I don't really worry that something might sneak up on me later: some repair, some charge, some state renewal. It's all taken care of. Big thanks to Edward (sales rep) and William (business manager) for managing such a clean purchase process. I recommend them!
