I visited this location for a new lease and everything went pretty smooth. The manager Danny was very helpful and had a sense of humor. The salesman Newton was able to find me what I wanted and lock it in with a deal I couldn’t turn down. I absolutely recommend this dealership.

My experience was great. I made an appointment online to get an oil change and everything was done in no time. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and informed me on what was needed for my car. Very smooth process my vehicle was done and ready to go in under an hour.

A++++ experience at Nissan Yonkers on Central Ave! We had an amazing experience and great customer service! It was a seamless process and left with a car the same day! Very friendly salesman, Sabe, helped us get a great price within our budget. Would definitely recommend to any family our friends!!!

I would first like to say Brandon the gentleman that helped me was excellent. Amazing on all accounts very professional. The problem i had was when I went to pay.... I was previously told to bring cash if I could because of the 3% charge to cards. I believe the cashier was Heather(but I could be wrong, that could be the lady I talked to before I left) so I went to pay and they didn't have enough paper money to pay me back, they didn't even have quarters. The paid me with 40 dimes even after I said numerous times this was not alright. She wouldn't get a manager or ask for money... her reply to me was, I've been waiting all day for change(money). So I was treated like a 10yr old who just got a pocket full of change to go buy candy. This was my very first time using this establishment. I went to complain yo the service area where I believe the manager looked up from his office desk but didn't bother to come out and the only thing the lady I spoke to at the end could say is sorry. I had to leave there holding up my gym shorts and then when I went to take the change out of my pocket to put into my SUV it started spilling all over the place on the parking lot and I just couldn't be bothered. I don't know how any business could be run like that. You tell me to bring cash or ill be charged 3% but you can't even properly pay me back.
