The staff was amazing! Especially Elizabeth M. She kept me informed throughout the day and was very accommodating and professional. I highly recommend Beck and will be a recurring customer!

The 10 star rating would be for purchasing a car only. The 1 star is for service. This was the second time I had my car serviced, both times with an appointment for 10am. The first time I didn't get my car back until the next afternoon and this time it was at closing time. It's obvious that they are overbooking and/or not allowing enough time for each specified appointment. In addition, each time my inside driver side mat and side board had mud prints all over. Do they not use paper mats any longer?

I went three with my husband to do an oil change. Liss was so disrespectful and unprofessional yelling at me for no reason we left without doing the oil change.. To be honest I was really surprised whit this behavior and awful service.. PlLEASE DONT GO TO THIS PLEASE. It is a really ghetto place. We are use to go to the other dealer in Manhattan due to the COVID-19 they were closed. This dealer need to treat costumer with respect. Don’t waste your time going to Chevy in Yonkers.

Finally got the service my car needed badly. More importantly, I would say without a doubt that Beck strives on achieving 100% customer satisfaction. I mean with all the misunderstandings and Frustration that goes on in every company on the side of the customers and even amongst the workers Beck stands strong. I love the lady at the front ,Liz and I love the cashier donna the two most incredible women in this establishment. Thank you for all your work❤ufe0f
