Smith Cairns Subaru - Yonkers

I am extremely pleased to report that last week Will McGuirk provided the finest experience I have ever had in acquiring a new car. My wife and I are senior citizens who have been purchasing and leasing cars for nearly half a century, so we speak from vast familiarity with salespeople and service centers. Will is simply the best—friendly, knowledgeable, happy to do everything in his power to assure our satisfaction. We certainly were totally satisfied—and we heartily recommend Will and Smith Cairns without reservation for a perfect five-star experience.

Steve Garnett was exceptional to work with. His communication and overall demeanor was outstanding. He wasn't pushy at all. He gave me a great deal and was very knowledgeable. He took his time explaining everything and answered all my questions/concerns. I would definitely go back to him for another subaru in the future and/or recommend others to him.

I bought my Accent from Eddie Pena. It was the best experience I've ever had in a car dealership. He informed me about the different trims and listened to what I was looking for. He was very informative. Thanks pal for a great experience.

This is unfortunately my second very bad experience in this dealership. I visited first time on May 20th 2020 for regular service basically oil change they trying to change my battery as the stated has a leak , I informed them the battery was new as I got it changed just a year ago at Milea Subaru in Bronx were I go for service usually. I called Milea they said don’t replace the battery they are just trying to sale you a new battery so I refused .nWent back to Milea just to check and was only the points of contact to the battery need to be sealed with a foam “ not replace “nToday I went back to Smith -Cairns for just simple service oil change as Milea Subaru had no appointment for a few days , sure enough not a surprise they call me to inform a wheel stud was broken and they had to replace how can it be I have ben driving fine around since my last service was just 5 k ago at Milea the car is only 3 years old . They dint inform me of what the price will be only to find out I’m been charged 110$ for the Stud , I asked to speak to a manager but the extremely rude brunet lady on the entrence guided me to the cashier instead.nPlease ,Smith -Cairns management you have to train your stuff on costumer service and specially the lady on the check in .nExtremely disappointed from this dealership trying to get every penny they can grab from costumers and deliver bad attitude on top .nMany of my neighbors in Lincoln Park Yonkers had mentioned how terrible this dealership is but I still gave it a second chance and was ripped off.nThank you !!
