I'm happy with my SUV now (first time I ever bought from a dealership). Got it quick, they said it would be ready in 3 days but it wasn't washed or detailed (no cleaner they said) I drove off with an almost flat tire, almost no gas, and a screeching sound (belt) and AC hum, they said they had already fixed, which they didn't. Sloppy paperwork and was given faded copies of warranty. After 2 times returning the car for that same belt and AC problem, they finally did the job to make me happy. However, they also got me a ticket for alternate side of the street parking the last time I dropped the car off (which was supposed to be getting serviced that day. since I dropped it off the day before). They covered the cost, but... Dayum!!! The car was no lemon, but I was just a little disappointed overall with the customer service. The salesman were very friendly and helpful. The manager was as well (to say the least). They did work out all the problems and issues at the end, but it was a lot--otherwise, I would have given them 5 stars.

J.C. Did a great job ; everyone in the office was polite and helpful. Only issue was the original amount did go up slightly from what we originally were advised (only a concern if you may be financing) and no mats were in the vehicle but everything was handled and very promptly. I would recommend others to purchase from here!!

Today me and my brother went to check a car today at Yonkers auto land. A man named JC came and gave us great service. Very professional man and gave us a great deal. I recommend him to anyone looking for used cars. I’m very thankful for them

Gina was incredibly helpful throughout the entire car-buying process. The entire team was extremely understanding and patient with any issues or concerns I had. Any issues I found they very quickly resolved. Additionally, they don't have any BS fees, their prices are very close to what you end up paying out the door. If any of my family members, or friends, need a car this is for sure going to be the first dealer I recommend.
