Best experience for a first time buyer with Ruth Solano as our salesperson. We walked in kind of knowing the kind of vehicle I wanted & even then she allowed us to see & showed us many options similar. Not once did I feel forced or pushed to do anything I didn’t want & felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I definitely didn’t think I would be able to walk out with a new car the same day due to credit, but she was positive of how she does her job & she made it happened ! Sales Manager Eric is the rudest person at the Honda dealership in my last 30 years of Honda buying experience. He needs to fix his attitude and learn some customer service.

I honestly don’t know how this place considers itself a Honda healer. My mother took her car in originally for a sound according to them they couldn’t hear it but my car needed $6000.00 worth of repairs I did it. They crashed my bumper didn’t tell me a word I mentioned it to them and they supposedly fixed it when I had to take it back for another issue my car developed after being in their hands and they never fixed the crash. 2 days after I pick it up smoke starts coming out the car hood. I take it back and they said radiator is broken and charged $600.00. 2 weeks later car leaves my mom stranded and they still have the audacity to ask for more money. I wonder what they will say is wrong with the car now. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. Don’t bother relying to my review I’m not interested in hearing anything. I just want my mothers car to work

I got help from Nelson at Honda of Tenafly. He was extremely helpful and friendly, and helped me pick out a used car that fit my needs and budget.

Great place and, very family friendly and tranquil. Also a big selection of cars. I just wish car dealers will let you think about making such an expensive investment on your own.nImagine if at the mall someone was co stanley behind you asking if you're going to buy that sweater, and what they can do to make you buy it now?
