We have been using Exercise Equipment Northwest for years now and have had nothing but great experiences. They are always quick with responses and very easy to work with. We love that they are locally owned and Tami often works directly with the Club owners. She even came in to oversee an install and make sure everything was up too par. If you are looking to work with a full service business and don't want to get jerked around they are the place to call.

Just superb, both product and service. Bought a WaterRower and the transaction with Scott was seamless. Price was fair and delivery was right on time. When I initially I ordered this WaterRower, I made a slight mistake and Scott help me correct it immediately and his customer service was outstanding. Nothing but five stars for these guys across the board and the only place I would buy exercise equipment is here. They are very knowledgeable about all of the equipment they have available and can help you easily determine which piece of exercise equipment is best for you and your family.
