Spring Street Gourmet Deli

Absolutely love this place! Great food, courteous staff, and it is always so quick. Tried an apple cider smoothie last time and it was the most delicious smoothie I've Ever had!

Food is pretty good but the prices are ridiculous..if the food was amazing I would have no problem with the prices..but it's simply not THAT good.nnUPDATE: Just called to place an order and was put on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up. Bravo spring street.nnReply to owner: Not sure if you know but Bagel Train is 7 minutes down Franklin Turnpike in Suffern. They cook 100% of their foods on site, their prices are probably 60-75% of your prices, and the bagels/coffee are literally AMAZING. So i dont know what you sre talking about when you say your quality and prices are competitive for this area. Not to mention Buono Bagels and Bagel Stop which are both in Ramsey and have slightly better quality/prices than Spring Street. I stro gly recommend going and taking notes at one of the many great establishments nearby to springstreet.

Good food, great staff, just order and pickup, easy, peasy.

I ordered a bacon egg & cheese, and a small side of Macaroni salad. The eggs were raw still with runny whites. I order salt pepper ketchup and DID NOT get it. The girl made sure to write down the correct order and then the person who cooked it messed up. Also, I was told the total was $7.11 and for some reason I paid 7.39. I don’t feel as though you should be charging 4% for credit cards and debit cards and then for all cash purchases not providing any discount, rather not charging that 4%. As a business person this completely disincentivizes me and I don’t think I will be returning. I also rarely write reviews but for some reason I felt compelled this time and I’m very unhappy.

Overpriced stale bagels. Stale bagels shouldnt be sold especially when it's in the morning.nnUpdate: manager responded quickly, and I am willing to try again. Will update based on next experience. Appreciate the kind response.
