Orangetheory Fitness

I am doing my first workout since March. It was great to walk in and get started with a full body, fast paced workout. There were a few things I had to modify but the coaches were right there to get me on track. Lots of fun!

Great and innovative work-out routines. 100% recommend for someone wanting to get back in shape.

I started Orange Theory about 2 months ago and never did I ever feel like an outsider or a newbie. The Ramsey Orange Theory trainers and staff truly make you feel like you’ve joined their family. They do everything they can to ensure and help you have the best workout dedicated to your own personal fitness goals & they have a great way of channeling your absolute potential, from the motivation and complete direction throughout each workout & the genuine care they have for each and every member. I am so proud to be a part of this OT Studio.

I am happy to have made the change from just going to the gym. I love the atmosphere its alive and exciting! The instructors pay attention to your form and take the time to help improve you. It's nice to know I'm not just a number. I feel more excited to go to my classes knowing someone is there to help me achieve my goal! Thank you Orange Theory of Ramsey you Rock!
