Great place! Well run by the owner, Fara! The trainers are motivating and fun! A lot of workout in an hour! It’s all about your own workout so you give it your best!

I can't say enough about how wonderful CKO (Allendale) is. The staff, environment and classes are all very welcoming. Not only it is a great workout but it is a lot of fun as well. I would highly recommending trying a class - you won't be disappointed.

This is a great place to lose weight, get in shape and have fun at the same time. It is vibrant and energetic! The instructors are very nice and friendly and you will feel at home here, but be prepared for an intense workout!!

I have been doing kickboxing for 7 years and this Allendale location is fabulous! The owner, Fara, is outstanding. All of her instructors, including herself, are the best! If you need to release stress, and want a phenomenal workout, in a great, encouraging and friendly environment, you should definitely try it out. I love it and highly recommend this gym!
