CVS

I used this pharmacy for several years when I lived in Montvale. Although friendly this location is severely understaffed for what is required of them. Long wait lines to get to the register only to find your prescription not ready when promised. Phone lines that could take ten even 15 minutes to be answered. Often enough my prescriptions could not be completely filled due to shortage. I don't know who is responsible for this constant lack of performance, but it's quite clear they should be terminated.

Tried calling the pharmacy all day today. Nobody has the courtesy to answer. I need my medicine

It is impossible to speak with a pharmacist on the phone at this CVS location.
