I think people are judging this place too harshly. I’m just going to discuss the pharmacy part. The other people are very nice and never had an issue with them. The people at the pharmacy are constantly swamped with customers, I see them always working very hard at their job. I’ve been going here for around 4 years because I work in the same area. They’re kind and yes, every one makes mistakes, but they never gave me attitude or were rude to me. They even call to check up if I need a refill if mine is almost done, which I almost never had any other pharmacy do. I’ve never had an issue once with them and I see them at least once every 3 months. They’re honestly so much better than a small pharmacy in Oakland I used to go to. I think the pharmacy needs more staff

Best CVS around. The staff is wonderful, even the pharmacy which is always crazy busy behind the counter goes above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. I frequent many CVS locations but this one is the one I choose above the rest. The sales staff is competent, professional, and helpful in a way that you really don't see in a lot of pharmacy/retailers anymore. I will always recommend them to anyone!

We're kind enough to give me hand sanitizer and gloves. Very good service and fast.

New management is horrible. You walk in and immediately all eyes are on you as if you're about to steal every single item on display. The staff is rude and when asked questions most just glare at you and sigh aloud before answering. On top of the terrible customer service, everything is overpriced. There's a moisturizer here that they want $10 for where everywhere else INCLUDING the manufacturer it's about $4. That's just one example, but dont waste your money here. It's not worth it.

The service levels here are terrible. I literally witnessed a customer telling the pharmacist that the prescription she just gave her was incorrect and she admitted she made a mistake. To top it all off I waited 15 mins while 4 people were trying to fix one person’s problem. I always go to Walgreens in Ramsey but my children’s plan is only covered by CVS! Ugh!!!
