I was schedule for appointment on January 2020 to check my distance sensors. The sensor ailll not engaged when the car was put in reverse. I was assigned at prestige bmw and advisor calles Richard Ho. I wanted to change him for another advisor due his demeanor but i gave him a opportunity to work with. I xpres to him that another issue i had was my brakes light bulbs were not working. I told him that I have a extended warranty amd service warranty. He says thar will charge me 175.00 dollars. I don't eve think the tech who on my car check remove the lights and check if the sockets were working properly. Richard the advisor called me to let me know that i must used OEM light bulbs and that will cost 40.00. I said that i had alreasy replaced with original OEM bulds and did not work and I bought some from advance autopart as well. I told him to replace any bulbs a said to Richard Ho thar wanted my car back..the sensor were not cover by my warranty due to wire exposure as per the tech and the foreman sucks a his job as well. I explained to Richard that i bought the car from prestige and paid top money for this warranty and how come os wire exposure if they're they only people who touched my car. I ended up going to orange county BMW for the tail brake light problem and csn you believe that after drive 2 weeks with no brake lights they only problem was the socket assembly socket wire that made contact with build needed to be cleared of some rust and just using a flathead screwdriver was clean amd now both lights are working properly a s using bulbs from advance auto part. Coming 1st week of February i have a appointment to check my sesons at Orange County Bmw and let se what happened. i will dispute that diagnostic fee and i will write a complaint with BMW USA. I left numerous messages and placed many calls amd no one calls me back..i will not buy a car from Prestige o refer anyone to buy one. Prestige bmw service sucks and they very unprofessional.
