After driving from 2 hours away, I'm glad I did. Worked with Matt B. from sales and if I lived closer, he would forever remain as my go to sales guy. After doing hours of research on the vehicle I wanted, Matt was able to point out features I didn't even know about. After we made a deal I spent a lot of time with finance manager Marcelo G. He took a lot of time answering all my questions and explained finances in a way a 4 year old could understand. I almost feel bad as he crunched numbers many different ways to match my needs. To his tech team, he needs a better monitor that's easy on his eyes. (Hp elite display e243 is what I'd recommend.) Overall the dealership was a friendly/helpful atomosphere. I received multiple compliments/congratulations from different employees on my vehicle of choice. All in all, big thank you to both these gents for getting me into a new car. Great way for me to end 2020. Wish you weren't 2 hours away. -Joe

My experience at Ramsey BMW was exceptional because of Andrew. He made my first major purchase hassle-free and always guided me in the right direction, something I haven’t experienced when visiting other dealerships. Andrew really prides himself on making long lasting relationships with his customers and it is greatly appreciated. Not only did he surpass my expectations, but his willingness to help his customers is genuine and one of a kind. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and I’m happy to be a customer here.

Best dealership experience ever! The flawless process from start to finish. Easy and stress-free negotiation. Only good vibes and positive attitude - kudos to Jorge Batista - the best sales rep of all times! Whenever you're on the market for a new vehicle, give Jorge a call - You will never look for another dealer again. Oh, did I mentioned that I got the best possible deal? I shopped around for a month until I found BMW of Ramsey!

I live close to this dealership so it’s where I usually go. I honestly wish I had better things to say about this BMW dealership. Two stars because they’re certainly not all bad. I’ve had very good interactions with a few of the sales staff and even with the staff at the front desk. Oh, and even the staff who wash your car at the service area are pleasant to work with.nnBut some of the service staff really could use some training. A few of them just aren’t well trained to be able to assist you well. And instead of finding out the answers, they’ve been comfortable just saying, “Oh, I don’t know.” Other times, they’ll make up answers that aren’t true. But more specifically, Jason was a problem. That guy was rude. Most likely an issue of privilege. Possible coupled with jealousy that a Blacks man can afford one of the nicer vehicles at the place where he works and he cannot afford such a vehicle. But it’s hard to know why people act stupidly sometimes.

My mother and I walked in on a Monday to buy a new BMW and we had a brand new one to drive away with by Friday of the same week. We never imagined that would be the case but it only happened because of our client advisor, Jorge Batista. From the moment we met Jorge we felt taken care of - he was extremely attentive by listening to exactly what we were looking for. Due to Jorge's knowledge of the subject cars; integrity; the high level of professionalism and service he provided us, he has earned our trust and loyalty. He is the best.
