Excellent customer service that has adapted well to the pandemic. Came to terms completely over the phone, from Brooklyn. I just showed up a few days later when the car was ready, signed a few papers, went through the very helpful one-on-one new car tutorial/clinic and off I went. Favorite part of the experience was that they didn't haggle me or prolong the process. They just made me a very good offer (beat every other dealer I spoke with) and kept their word. Ask for Dino, he was great.

Excellent experience with Alex & the team at Ramsey Subaru. Alex is knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and to the point. We were able to agree to a fair deal over a few texts. The rest of the team along the way was very helpful, as well, from Michael in finance to Matt’s in-car demonstration. Overall quick and easy process with the team at Ramsey.

Went in a few months ago to look at a couple vehicles, a 2017 Outback and a 2017 Forester. Staff was polite and attentive. Got to test drive both vehicles, which was nice. We ended up getting the Forester. Fantastic car, great price. However, I can only give 4 stars as when I finally got my registration and everything sorted, I took the car for inspection and it failed. This is a certified pre-owned. There was a completely bad bushing in one of the control arms. I had to get it fixed in order for it to pass. Also, about a month after purchasing, the AC started acting up. Once it hit about 70-75 degrees outside, the AC would only push hot air. Same if we were parked with the car running, regardless of outdoor temp. The report we got with the car said that had been repaired back in June of this year. So I'm taking it to my local dealership to find out what's going on.

This was my second vehicle purchased through Alex. Everything went through without a hitch. Alex provided a great price which I didn't even haggle over. The price sounded good right from the beginning. I've put about 100 miles on the car since picking it up a couple of days ago and everything is as exppected. I can't wait until I have 1000 miles on the car so I can try the adaptive cruise control. It was suggested that I don't use the adaptive cruise control until the engine is broken in with 1000 miles, so I'm taking it easy with the car until I reach that mileage. I wanted to take the car for a drive before purchasing and the test drive went quite well last Saturday, 11/21/2020. After that I made arrangements with Alex to purchase the car on Monday, 11/23/2020. I couldn't be more satisfied.
