1st time using Ramsey Volvo for service on my 2016 XC90. Needed an oil change before a trip. The dealer I normally use was booked out almost 2 weeks. I was able to schedule an early morning appointment with Ramsey within a few days. They did the oil change plus washed my car including dressing the tires and vacuuming the interior, and had me out of there in less than an hour. I will definitely use them again. Great service!

I have a 2018 XC60 that was displaying a transmission warning and gear lever service notification. I went in for it to be looked at and was thrilled with the service department.nnThey got me in and out quickly, resolved the problem, and washed the interior and exterior quite throughly.nnThere are tables and some desks which was amazing because I was able to work while waiting for the work to be completed.nnI've been to 4 Volvo service departments and Ramsey has definitely been the best so far.

Please AVOID to go this dealer. This dealer hid certain fee which they don’t even mention about it (Even we asked about it several time) and force us to pay for that by saying this is NORMAL. The general manager said that if we don’t accept the extra payment, then just don’t waste of their time and leave this office. The attitude was so bad!!!!nnOn the last Saturday, we already agreed to pay certain monthly payment (we wanted to get the car on the date but they said NO since the financial manager has no time for us, even we went in the morning). Today (Monday) we need to go there again to get a car and sign the final document.nWhen we were about to sign the deal, they suddenly added extra fee (total of about $990) on the payment. We said no since we didn’t agree about this price but they just said that that’s what we should pay extra fee which they don’t need to explain about it. While we were in the dealer last Saturday, we were so doubt about the service what the sales person - Mike - said to us. Every time we were asking some questions, he couldn’t answer them correctly. That’s the reason we asked the final payment several times since the way of his answer doesn’t feel comfortable to us. Even when we signed the initial document, he brought back the document and added extra wording AFTER we signed the document. We notified that when we got home, he added the wording. You should check whether they added something on the document even after you signed the document. You should watch that. Since the dealer is little far from my home, we don’t want to waste our time go back again but we did everything what they asked. But at the end, they just think we are easy to fool around. Paying extra $990 might be not that much money for our time but the way they treated us makes us so upset. Mike don’t even apologize what he did give us misinformation and just avoid the conversation and leave the spot. We bought and/lease the car so many times but this is our first time to get so poor service. Now, I don’t even want to buy Volvo again due to this bad service/attitude. Also, I feel like I should record conversation whenever I go to dealer to have the firm evidence. Again, don’t go to this dealer unless you want to pay any extra hidden fee and get a bad experience. This one star doesn’t even worth!!!

I just bought a certified, pre-owned S60 from Ramsey Volvo. The process was smooth, the staff was professional, and the car is beautiful. I would recommend this dealership and will use them again. Special shout out to sales rep Michael Chaitow and sales manager Jeff Falk. Excellent customer service!
