Been a long time customer of Ramsey Infiniti and was treated once again to the A+ service experience I have come to expect from this luxury dealership. My car had some significant issues that needed immediate attention. Service manager Tom J patiently walked me through the issues identified and costs to repair. Tom kept me informed throughout the whole process and I was back on the road promptly. Thank you again.

It was a good experience for first 2 years and then it went down the hill. The dealership does not have a ride back after returning leased cars. So much for luxury treatment. Once they realize that you are not releasing another car from them, you will be treated as second class citizen.

Horrible never ever again please check people’s reviews manager did not try to make things better 0 help just nice but told you not our fault when clearly there fault papers don’t lie
