Great experience and service from Juan. Would love for us to buy another car from them. My son bought a GTI. The experience was more than worth the long drive especially when we were saving money in the finance charge over what my son's bank offered.nGood dealership. No tricks with numbers no long reach into my son's pocket. Just the numbers advertised albeit with no rebate but... All in all the best experience I have ever had in any car dealership. I have dealt with quite a few leasing and buying.
Good luck trying to setup a service appointment. They don't pick-up the phone, return calls or communicate while your car is being serviced. I honestly do not think they picked up the phone since mid March. We should all isolate so well during this pandemic. Just awful.
