Mark was awesome from start to finish. He waited for me to come and gave me a call when the parts came in. They also gave me complimentary vehicle for me to use. The dealership did an amazing job of also cleaning the car as well. Love this dealer for their service department. The ladies at the front were also very kind and nice.

I walked in ready to walk away with a car TODAY! I test drove a 2021 Mazda 3 which I wanted pricing on, and to compare I asked for pricing on a 2020 Mazda 6. Upfront I asked for pricing of 250 a month maximum on a 36 month lease. The salesman came back with a Mazda 6 price ONLY at upwards of 310 a month... I asked kindly to find a price on a Mazda 3 that would be closer to the pricing I requested, he refused to price out the car for me and suggested I go purchase a Honda Fit. I ended up getting a gorgeous premium package Nissan for 229 a month with more features and less of a headache! This was the worst experience of my life. I was belittled, and shamed for not agreeing to an outrageously high price for a BASE MODEL vehicle.nnIf you value human decency, don't stop in here for your car.

I've had two great experiences at this dealership. I came in last week to get a new lease and my sales person, Eric Taylor, made the experience quick and easy. He knew everything possible about the CX-5 that I was interested in and went out of his way to give me the best deal possible. Joe, the finance manager, was also wonderful and saved me even more money. I recommend this place to everyone.

FANTASTIC dealership and buying experience. I've owned a few Mazdas before but I will not go anywhere but Ramsey. Salesmen are easy to work with, managers were friendly and accommodating, and most importantly, they have the best prices you can find. They had the exact car I needed and am very pleased with it If you're in the market for a new car, you'd be crazy to go anywhere else.
