The team at Ramsey Nissan rocks! Jorge is amazing, as always! He makes buying a car simple and painless. His honesty and true passion for what he does is extremely respected. He listened to our opinions and answered all of our concerns. Jorge was very engaging and I would recommend him to all of my clients for any future car purchases. Thank you Jorge!!!!nnJorge is still amazing!!!

I had the best car buying experience at Ramsey Nissan. My salesman was David Hershey. He is so nice and easygoing. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted to purchase. He will go above and beyond for you and welcomes you to contact him anytime day or night if you have any issues. What a fantastic salesman with a great personality. He made the transaction to so smooth and easy and he handled bringing my leased car back to the other dealership. If you are looking for a great place to purchase or lease a vehicle I recommend Ramsey Nissan.

Excellent dealership. They had the vehicle I wanted in stock and had it prepped and ready for me to examine. The whole process went very smoothly. I would recommend Ramsey Nissan to anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle. The entire staff is very courteous and knowledgeable.

What horrible customer service experience. Having been a car salesman for years I could honestly say I was astounded at how poor my experience was with a dealership with decent reviews. I submitted a lead 5 days prior to finally getting my full response for a used car they had on their lot. I had to call nuempirs times to get responses that should have been given to me within an hour at most. Even after the horrible customer service they had the audacity to off me $8k less than my trade is worth as a slap in the face to say we don't want your business. The truck is currently selling for $38k-$39k used. I would have some negative equity in the truck which is understandable. Instead of being reasonable and trying to work something out they essentially ended the conversation by offering me a terrible price on my truck. You may have a good experience here, but I'd do your due diligence first before ever purchasing a car from any dealership. Always call about pricing to a few places to make sure they arent trying to rip you off like they were trying to do here. It's their job to earn your business, not the other way around. The internet allows for high levels of competition in this field so unless your salesperson is amazing, always try to get the best deal because at the end of the day it's a business to them and they don't care about customer service. Work with people who value your time.

We never found out what was wrong with my vehicle. And I had to pay an analysis fee to find out just basic engine light information. We were told of a possible recall with the cvt engine/transmission which is a known problem with the year and model of our car. Also, was told that we are passed the warranty extension to get the vehicle repaired if that is the problem but we had to pay over $1,000 to clear the engine light first in order to get to the next level of the possible transmission issue. Further more it was suggested that an employee would need to drive the my car 80 miles home to their house and back in order to potentially figure the transmission issue. That did not seem feasible to me. I was already renting a vehicle because I needed to go to work and Nissan did not have a rentalnAvailable. So my experience was not pleasant this time around in I am right back where I started without I safe vehicle to drive. Nissan should be able to help Diagnose owners vehicle with a known problem With a major part of the function of the vehicle. Essentially I paid for just the $149 analysis fee for engine light but never got an answer for the real problem I went there for. I would like to know if the known transmission is the problem and if NissannWill honor the extend warranty because I was not aware that the had been a known issue with my vehicle until just recently.
