I had the best car buying experience at the Jack Daniels Porsche. The sales rep Brian went above and beyond. The service/sale was outstanding. Gil did a good job with the financing. 5 star dealership for sure. Car arrived in FL with no issues. They helped with transportation as well. Thank you!

Just serviced my 911 here for the first time after dealing with another dealership for many years. Chris Vender, the service manager, is an absolute gentleman - easy process getting my car in & out within a few hours for my annual oil change. I highly recommend this service department as it is being managed/operated extremely well! I was also helped by Heron- the service rep who was also knowledgeable, honest, & easy to work with!n5+ STAR EXPERIENCE - thanks Chris!

Their sales department was such a great experience. Do not go here for any type of service/ parts. I have a Porshe Macan and blew my tire. It went in on a Thursday Morning and today is Monday afternoon still no car. They are now telling me the car won't be done till Tuesday Afternoon. I understand situations arise however this is pretty much a standard tire and don't think it shouldn't take this long. Also poor communication with Heron. I asked him via text about a loaner and didn't even have the decency to get back to me that he couldn't find a loaner. Very poor customer service in service department. I think sales team at Jack Daniels needs to teach service department customer service.

Worst customer service ever the sales rep named Marc Van Hengst after looking at my ID told me “ I can’t sell a car to someone who doesn’t belong here” and I said excuse me and his response was “I’m an immigrant too”. I own about half a million dollars in cars and wanted to get my first Porsche. Was looking at getting a 2020 Carrera 4S. Will be taking my business elsewhere and I’ll have that dealership send a Thank you card to Marc for the business. He should definitely get fired

I purchased a 2018 certified pre owned porsche cayenne. There was no disclosure of the fact that these cars have transfer case problems that require replacement. Within a few months of purchase the transfer case needed to be replaced. The problem with transfer cases should have been disclosed.
