After going to about 3 other dealerships, I decided to Audi of upper saddle river a try and I’m very happy I did. If you go here ask for Ava Park!! She is the most professional and caring sales person I’ve ever dealt with! She is very informed about the cars, cares for her customers and accommodated me with everything I wanted. My car buying experience was absolutely wonderful @ Audi of Upper Saddle River. I was just at a different Audi dealership the day before (whose name I won’t mention), and they weren’t willing to work with me when I asked for more on my trade-in. It’s cool though, because Ava was the absolute coolest car sales person I’ve ever dealt with and everything I asked for she went her hardest trying to accomplish and I must say I’m totally satisfied with my purchase. I traded in my ML350 for the Q7 (being as tho I have 2 little ones now and needed the extra room) and I couldn’t be more happy with this car. The car is for my wife and she absolutely loves it.
