I wish I could give zero stars. New TDI warranty is just a false document that give Owner’s a cozy feeling but isn’t honored by VW. Customer advocates just create lies in order to circumvent the warranty that was ordered. My TDI engine is now knocking very loud after receiving the emissions modification. I was told my engines flywheel is bad. Then I was lied to and told my flywheel is part of my transmission and therefore not covered by the new extended warranty. They continue to divert away from answering questions and refuse to help. See attached pictures.
