We aren't originally from the area, but the guys at Bobbitt Boys make us feel like we're right at home. Prices are great, communication about costs is up front and easy to understand. They will always take care of you! I'd never take my car anywhere else, and recommend them highly to anyone that needs affordable, friendly service in timely manner. The free pick-up and drop-off is just icing on the cake. Love Bobbitt Boys!

Really impressed with the responsiveness, transparency, prices, and work. I was stuck on the side of the road late on a Sunday night with a crapped out alternator. I called Bobbitt and he came out with his tow truck in less than 30min for a VERY reasonable price. I was fully expecting to get charged astronomically due to the emergency late night tow, but was very surprised that it was below $100. He towed the car to his shop and worked with me to get the car fixed asap. Due to a unique situation, he was able to get the car fixed well before I was able to pick it up and he had no issue with me picking up the vehicle a few days after repair. The part/repair rate was fair by market standards and the car was fixed and ready to roll. His daily communication with me had me very impressed and reassured I was in good hands. 5 stars!

Exemplary service at a very fair price. The very first shop I've ever seen that not only comes and picks up your vehicle at no charge for repairs, they also drop it off after it's done. WHAT?? Very professional and trustworthy people. My car was dropped off and thoroughly vacuumed. The driver wouldn't even accept a tip. I mean REALLY??? There are honest car repair shops left in this world. I will be back! I still can't believe it myself.
