I am replacing the roof on my travel trailer and spent hours searching for trim, gutters, rails, edging, etc...Jim had all the parts I needed in stock! I had to order nothing to complete my roof job...I was amazed at all the trim he had in there and prices were as cheap as online!

My dad purchase an RV from them years ago. Once my mother died he decided he couldn’t do it anymore without her and purchased a condo. He took the RV back to Classic to sell. Gave them the rights to sell it. After a year.. it didn’t sell.. my husband and I decided to take it over.nPaid Classic RV almost $2000 to put on a new awning on it and to de-winterize it.nWe brought it home and realized the license plates were missing along with all the paperwork. Called several times and Bonnie refused to call us back. When I finally spoke to someone I was basically told they lost everything and couldn’t help. I explained I am leaving for vacation in a few days and I can’t go to DMV to get the replacement plates. I cant order them online. You have to go to a DMV and get the forms and pick up the plates. They said DMV is opened it’s been opened for weeks. I explained your a dealer.. they are open for you but not general public. He still argued and basically told me they will try and find the plates and documents but there is nothing else they can do. I asked well my vacation I planned will be ruined I can’t drive it without the plates.. and basically I was told that’s my problem!

I went there to look for a camper and the sales person was checking out my vehicle to see it had a trailer hitch. I advised him that I didn't think it did. He tried taking off the cover and was having issues. He tried putting it back on and was struggling. He turned the knobs and said I think its back on. A couple days later i noticed it was missing. Called them about the situation and he said that it was not his problem and to call a dodge dealership they would have the piece laying around. I called a dealership and they laughed. I called back and explained this to the sales person. He told me that he has it on camera that he put it back on right. They will not be getting any business from me or any one I know. I have also filed a complaint against this company!
