KFC

I like KFC, but at this one, all the outside lights were off including the large street sign AND the drive thru. It took three minutes to be acknowledged at the drive thru to order and another several minutes for the food. It appeared to only have two or possibly three workers who we're working at a snail's pace. Granted they were helping takeout orders also... I'll give them another shot some time. I hope it's not a management problem.

Aside from having to wait 10-15 mins for them to make enough chicken tenders to fill our order, the staff was very nice and friendly and the food was delicious.

The food is great! The atmosphere is amazing, but the customer service needs improvement.

The employees are always hard at work due to their small crew, but they are always nice and accommodating. The food is good.

i have placed multiple $100+ orders through Grubhub, and every time i have had a bad experience. this past time I placed my order for pick up and when i went to go get it, i waited 20 minutes to get helped, and than they told me they had given my pre paid order to someone else. i figured i would call grubhub and get a refund, and replace my order. i placed it for delivery because i didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes and when i received my food, half of it was missing. this order was so frustrating and i will not be buying from this location again
