La Rosa Chicken & Grill - Sea Girt

Got 1/4 white meat grilled chicken meal which consisted of a beast wing and 2 sides which I chose broccoli and mashed sweet potatoes. The chicken was dry, broccoli was literally cold but the mashed sweet potato was good and warm.

Phenomenal establishment all around! All staff members were COVID conscious and enforced social distancing inside. No mask no service rule was enforced. Everything was very clean and all staff members were incredibly kind and helpful, especially the manager Dante. Went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. Food was fresh and delicious, highly recommend to everyone!

Excellent choice for takeout. The food is delicious, and it's relatively healthy, depending on what you get of course. The rotisserie chicken and mashed sweet potatoes are very good.

This is the spot. Very clean inside, fast and courteous service, good prices.nnFor the food, the wings are excellent. They're cooked perfectly and stay crispy even after sitting in a takeout container. I also love that they have food that you can't really find around this area otherwise, like gyros and gyro platters (both of which are my weaknesses).nnI'll definitely be back to get more and try their other offerings - rotisserie chicken is next on the list.
