I had an amazing experience with this company. I arranged with Billy to visit early monday morning when they opened to see a Genesis G80 with only 1k miles on it. The price was right so I went. and drove over an hour to get there. Everyone was incredibly accommodating--from giving us the car to drive around, to answering any and all questions, to moving through the documents for sale immediately. Gary, Brian and Billy could not have been better or more responsive. We decided to buy the car, so they offered us to drive it home and send the money after. I explained that I didn't want to drive both cars home--that included my leased car. They said--OK. No problem. We will return it to the dealer for you. Transfer all of your belongings from your leased car into your new car. We did it immediately--and they sent us on our way. I have been driving it every day thereafter and LOVE MY NEW CAR and so appreciate the wonderful people who sold it to me!!!!!

The customer service we received here was unlike anything we have ever experienced! Everything about this dealer and its employees, from the moment we stepped on the lot to the moment we drove away in our new vehicle, was phenomenal. The staff were extremely attentive, friendly, and offered us such an amazing deal. While inside the dealership, we felt at home and were treated like family. It is rare these days to come across such warm, caring people who are not out to rip you off or make you feel like an ordinary customer. There were no hidden fees, gimmicks, or pressure. The paperwork was handled seamlessly. We felt like VIP and it felt amazing to be treated this way! Thank you to all the staff, especially Gary, for an unforgettable experience!

We had a great experience with this family business. Billy went out of his way to make us feel like we were not just buying a car , we were having fun doing it . Compared to buying cars in the past , being at Brians was PAINLESS and efficient! Their atmosphere, and customer service was second to none. We actually felt like we were dealing with our new found family. A special thank you to Little Brian who made the financing and all the paperwork easy. We truly enjoyed our dealings with you ! And we LOVE our car !!!

Such easy people to work with and the cars on the lot are gorgeous. The car I went in for sold before I got there but they had plenty to pick from in the same price range. I drove home in a beautiful pearl white Infiniti with tan leather interior. I’m in love with it!!
