I would do zero review if I could. I ordered and confirmed it. They said they only had 1 driver and his car broke down and could not deliver my food. So they say they're super fast.....I'm thinking not so much.

Freaky Fast this location is not!nnI’ve visited this location three times in 2020 with orders placed in the app each time. I typically get to the store 15 minutes after I’ve placed the order. All three visits my sandwich wasn’t even started by the time I entered. Two visits had no guests and no sandwiches being worked on. For those visits they hadn’t even taken the order slip off the printer.nnThe most recent visit they also managed to not get the order slip off the printer by the time I showed up. There was another guest inside waiting on their order. I waited another 15 minutes for my single item to be completed and somehow jumped the guest that had been their already.nnI can be 5 minutes out from any other location in Portland, get my order in, and by the time I arrive it’s by the door. That’s with those other locations having multiple guests inside already.nnAlso at the other locations the veggies on my sandwich actually taste chilled. Unlike this one that has a broken or not within guidelines prep line.

Horrible location. I've been a customer of jimmy John's for a log time. This location... Blows me away. Received the wrong for order... Called when I discovered I didn't receive what I ordered... and the female manager on duty back on 6/30/20 told me she would make a note on my account to credit me. I called back to order more food again a few days later.... The rude guy who answered the phone said no note was left on my account, and he basically didn't care. Please stear clear of this location.

Always great food and customer service. They definitely live up to there freaky fast motto and my food is always made right!nI highly recommend.

We just made an order to go and just took it home. The bread was hard as a rock, the lettuce looked old. Called to let them know and the only reply was “yeah we just took fresh bread out of the oven”....... No apology, no offer to replace the super stale bread, nothing. Terrible service and a waste of money. I couldn’t even cut the sandwich and if that’s how they store their food, I couldn’t risk eating the rest of it. I definitely won’t be going back. Every sandwich in our order was wrong to top it off as well.
