My family and I have been Bellagios fans for many years. However, we noticed over the past year that their service has really gone downhill. Pizzas are NEVER ready when specified.nJust this past Wednesday I ordered a 1 SMALL pizza. I even ordered it without cheese (allergies), just toppings. I received an email confirmation saying the pizza would be ready at 7:22p. My husband went on his lunch break to grab it for me, even showed up 10 minutes late just to give them some extra time (because in the past they have never been ready on time). He waited there for 10 more minutes, and they hadn't even started making the pizza at that point. Mind you, this was almost an hour after the initial order was placed. All this for 1 small pizza.nnLong story short, they've lost longtime customers, and we will be sure to tell all our friends and family to find a different pizza place. I wouldn't think this was such a big deal, but it wasn't the first time something like this had happened. Not to this extent, but this was the last straw for us. Rather take our business to a place that values accountability and timelines.

Well I’m a over the road trucker and I ordered a supreme pizza.large! and then they delivered to me a cheese pizza instead! they said that they charged me for a cheese pizza. but they didn’t call me to tell me the price difference. I’m thinking if your going to rip me off at least ha e the common courtesy not to lie to me when I call! I mean really $27.00 for a cheese pizza and a two liter coke!!! DRIVER BEWARE!!!!

Certainly a place worth visiting, the food is awesome and fresh, the cost is convenient and it is always neat there. Keep it up.

Quick and enjoyable service, this place serves some of the best pizza I've ever had. Their pies are great to reheat as well!

I ordered nearly two hours ago. My dinner is still not here. My order was placed at 5:30. The website first quoted 6:35 as delivery. Postmates delivery time then went to 6:50. Then 7:04. I will not be placing an order again.
