I purchased my Sierra from Jim Curley and had my first service appointment this week. First, on the sales side Carlos Martinez was amazing. Spent time finding the vehicle I was looking for and never pressured my wife and I. He spent the time to locate the vehicle and even drive to get it. After the purchase, Mr. Curley (James Curley III), came out, met my wife and I and handed us his card. Told us to call him if we ever needed anything or had a problem. I can tell you that he meant it. My first service experience, just as great! Bill Albert my Service Consultant was ready for my appointment, took the time to explain what they were going to do and was very attentive to our needs. Truck was returned in a timely manner and everything was completed to perfection. I am a neat freak with the truck and it was returned as spotless as I brought it in. My thanks to all at Jim Curley Buick GMC. They just don't sell you a car and walk away, they ensue your entire car experience is a good one. I called Carlos, who connected me with Bill. I appreciate the sales and service experience and the way the staff at Jim Curley Buick GMC treat you. I also want to thank Chris who helped me get my car even though I was late getting there.

I have bought three cars and have been very happy with the customer service and the cars. I was trying to find a used car for my daughter which needs one right awa . Knowing how good my experiences have been I called the sales rep. I have bought my cars from figuring that get customers who trade in a good car and they could find a nice used car. They really didn't help much and told me to look on their web site. It felt like since I wasn't buying a new car it wasn't worth it for them to help.

Second time purchasing from Jim Curley GMC and continue to be satisfied with the purchasing experience beginning to end. Showroom was clean and inviting. Salesman Carlos was knowledgeable, patient, and understood our needs. Everyone was wearing masks, and you can take the test drive alone to comply with social distancing. Carlos explained all the features, differences between models, and enhancements since previous years’ models. Do your homework and come prepared with your “wish list” and know your credit score! Overall completely satisfied once again. Thank you!

I just leased my new GMC Terrain and I am so thrilled with the service that was provided here. Andrew was absolutely amazing! Within two phone calls we had the deal we wanted and he was getting the car ready for us to pick up! When we got to the dealer everything was printed and ready to go and within 30 minutes we were out of the dealer!nI couldn't be happier with Andrew and his efficiency!
