Never buy a car from that place again. Salesman told me the car was stock and it was anything but. Should've known better. Had to take the car to have it fixed and was without a car for days - said they would pay for rental and never did. While being fixed car ended up having more issues.

For the last few months I have been in search for a 5th generation Mustang between 2011 and 2014, upon finding one at their dealership I did not have the amount of cash at that time needed to walk away with the car. That was on a Saturday and I Monday I called and asked if I could have the car held as I would take it for the cash value which did not fluctuate and or change between the days that the car was there. When I was speaking into them I told them straight up that I would leave an extra $500 for them in order for the car to get held, when I went to go pick up the car Not only was it detailed masterfully they also did not take the $500 extra to hold the vehicle saying that that's not good business practice and that it's not all right for them to do so. I bought quite a few used cars in my life but this is the first time that a dealership has held a vehicle without me having to pay for it extra just out of Goodwill and faith. Peter there is fantastic sociable and pretty knowledgeable about the vehicles in his inventory and it was a great experience between getting there and leaving I was there all for maybe an hour all together. The vehicle was also a decent deal at about fair market Price so there was no need to haggle as there was no overpricing on everything giving me age mileage and type of vehicle. Overall very satisfied very happy and will have no issues recommending them to anyone and everyone who asks where I got my car. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend

Recently purchased a Mercedes Benz SLK300 from TSJ and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I have been looking for this particular year and model for a few months and when I saw it listed at TSJ I was a little nervous. I live in Delaware and it was a 100 mile drive to see the car, if it wasn’t what they said it was I would have wasted an entire day. The car was exactly as described and the pictures (they posted every angle I needed) were completely accurate. I spoke with Lenny on the phone and made arrangements to see and drive the car. The car was immaculate and drove great. We agreed on a fair price with no haggling. Lenny offered to see if he could find better financing than my credit union, we decided to go with the credit union offer and that was fine with TSJ. The pick-up was quick and easy, there was one small glitch with the registration which they resolved very quickly. Great car buying experience, thanks Lenny.

Unlike other dealers, the members of TSJ have extensive knowledge regarding each and every single one of their vehicles ranging from vehicle background, technical components, and overall assurance. James at TSJ Auto Broker was excellent. Buying a car during the current state of affairs left me very anxious, uneasy, and uncertain, but James right from the start was very accommodating and patient. I wasn't rushed or forced into anything i didn't feel comfortable with. He was very upfront and for a used car salesman very honest. I have seen negative reviews about the company and staff. From my personal experience, their service is top notch and I recommend taking a look at their inventory. James didn't force anything on me and always asked for my permission before doing something. He and the manager were very upfront and forth coming. We went back and forth as far as pricing and terms. We ultimately settled on a deal that worked for the both of us. It was nice to actually negotiate. I wasn’t ridiculed for some of my offers I was giving. If you never ask, the answer is always no! I bought a 2013 Nissan Frontier Pro-4X with an extensive service history. Exactly as described. Aside from the truck itself, They only charge you a $449 fee for documentation. No other Misc. fees. Some people are split on this, but I can assure you, other dealers tack on additional charges that can be in excess of $3000 after all is said and done. Especially in NJ, So I was happy to pay that and only that. No BS and no financial surprises. They gave me several price options with and without Gap insurance and extended warranty. They didn’t force any of that on me. James didn’t question my decision, which was relieving. They offer several lender options, all of which are the normal name banks. Ally, Wells Fargo etc.. I suppose it all depends on your credit situation. They do run your credit before a test drive. If you plan on buying the vehicle like I was, it wasn't a problem. James treated me like a human being. As far as how TSJ Auto Brokers treats customers when a problem does arise with their newly purchased vehicle, I can not attest to. Hopefully I don't have to find out, but If it is anything like the way my car buying experience was, I don't see any issues.nThe complaints I have and I'm not sure if this is just the norm now. They do not fill the tank up after purchase. He filled it to a quarter of a tank. I drove 55 mile from the dealership. On a brighter note, the truck gets pretty decent gas mileage. Also, the truck didn’t come with any type of floor mats. The truck could have been better cleaned and detailed. Overall, little things and certainly not deal breakers for me. In short, James was great and TSJ Auto brokers will have a return customer depending on what I'm looking for and when I'm in the market for a vehicle. If you're looking for a vehicle, go check them out. Ask for James and good luck!
