I can’t say enough about Pine Belt Subaru! I knew it was a dealership different than any other just minutes into our visit. The staff was friendly and courteous as soon as we walked in and the showroom was very clean, which is so important during these times. We worked with Alexis who was super friendly and spoke with both passion and knowledge of Subaru as a company and each model we looked at. She answered all of my questions (and there were a lot) and guided me to a perfect fit. She worked her magic and before I knew it, I was in my Forester! We also worked with Eric who made signing paperwork a breeze. I’m so happy we went to Pine Belt Subaru and I love my Forester!

Brandon was very personable and easy to work with on many needs and concerns. They had a great deal on a 4Runner. I walked away very satisfied. The sales team called me at work and treated my situation with care. I was very hesitant going to see another sales person but in the end I was impressed and results. Speedy transaction that made a good impression on me. I would definitely buy another car here and recommend them. Just call and tell them your concerns up front. Brandon was surprisingly knowledgeable on his inventory. 5 stars well worth each star.

Great experience at Pine Belt Subaru......Went to see a Jeep for the lady boss but, we were not feeling the vibe with our choice. Stephen then told us about another BETTER Jeep and we made a deal. Stephen C was great and up front with all aspect of the transaction...nothing hidden. . THEN....Eric assisted us with the finance and finishing up the deal. Thank you.

I have bought 2 Subaru’s (Foresters) from Pine Belt Subaru over the last 5 years. I can honestly say every interaction with them has been fantastic whether it be sales, service or parts. Bill who works in the service department is top notch, incredibly friendly and honest with customers. Bill and Bob (Parts) were extremely helpful in getting my windshield replaced after it was damaged by a rock. I’m planning on purchasing another Subaru (Outback) next year and I will be buying it from Pine Belt. Thank you!

Alexis is great! Very nice and knowledgeable. She listens, understands and doesn’t pressure you. A real treat to do business with! This was my first Subaru, and my first time dealing with Pine Belt. I’m going to be a loyal customer from now on.
