From the first person that took my call(Debbie) to my advisor(Mary) to my mechanic(Ryan). I wish you guys were closer to home. Pinebelt should be the model service center for all of GM. I could not believe how patient and knowledgeable most of all POLITE they all were. I have confidence that my 2015 sierra was repaired the way it should be. This is a very nice facility and the employees are very professional and polite however I was not happy with the amount of time (3+ weeks) it took to fix my company truck which was under a certified pre-owned warranty purchased at Pine Belt Chevy. I just moved into the area and have my own newer Chevy truck that will need to be serviced also but sadly though I have too think twice about bringing my own truck to this service center. 3 stars is the best I can do and I feel that I am being generous.
Service advisors are top shelf...all of them. No matter who van drivers see when presenting for service, they are all taken good care of, as are my vehicles. Our fleet of 12 commercial trucks are in good hands and we never have had to miss a service due to vehicle failure. Chevy is the best and Pine Belt is the best of Chevy.
Very accommodating. Took my vehicle in for an issue that had an extension to the warranty. The part was not in stock so I was given a loaner vehicle until the part came in. The part took a week. It was an inconvenience to be without my vehicle but Pinebelt made it as painless as possible. Thank-you Mary who was taking care of the service and Steve who gave me my loaner for your outstanding service. I couldn't be happier with the service I receive from you. And although I do not know the person who worked on my vehicle, my wife says it's driving great! Ty.
