Quite an interesting experience. I would probably give more stars if this business treated me fairly as a paying customer. The process was simple. I was send a paperwork which I needed to sign (scribble scrabble notes were included on how to proceed). The one document what was sent to me had a mention of an experimental treatment, keep that in mind before signing in case of unsatisfactory. I drove for an hour to find a tiny building with a dusty old barber shop and met with Joey who is a pleasant women with decent knowledge. Prior to the appointment I asked if my hair will be evaluated based on a technological software with images taken. As I was expecting only a deep verbal evaluation based on taken images, quicker than that I received a massage with raw apple cider vinegar burning my face complexion, following with diluted turmeric spice which made my hair color green/yellow. I had to keep asking a lot of question what was being put on my scull, there was no previous discussion, warning or time for me to reconsider and reevaluate what is being applied to my hair. I tried to trust the procedure.nQuite shocked I noticed the change of the color which was previously done in top NJ hair salon (not cheap) and agreed to blow dry my hair on my own because I was afraid of further damage. The owner noticed the change of my hair discoloration as well but still charged me shocking hundred and sixty dollars after all was done. I was given few oz of raw apple cider vinegar, jar of turmeric spice and home made mixture of natural ingredients to take home, which would most likely be less than fifty dollars in regular food store. From my understanding, every single customer receives the same, this is not a customized treatment.nWhen I arrived home, the hair turned greener. I tried everything and anything to achieve my previous look but nothing helped. I was terrified to go to work the next day where image and self presentation is important and had to pay for a professional repair within 24 hours upscale hair salon to make sure that the damage is gone and professionally treated. I have contacted Joey asking to reimburse me for at least the repair of my previous color but I was rejected since I signed to take the risk. If you are considering to treat yourself, pay attention to the red flags what come along with this business. You will receive some information what you can self research or what are common sense, put into fancy words. I asked Joey if she is a hairdresser as well, she said yes. I'm not sure which hairdresser doesn't know about drastic changes of chemical processes to be put on paying client's hair? Attached photos will give you a good idea of this not so professional, doubtful deal. If you are serious about your hair, save yourself a mythological consultation and look into legit, ethical places like Vito Mazza NJ who will provide you with whole another sophisticated outlook of hair science.

Amazing company! Went with a friend, we both found the staff to be extremely professional, they listen to your needs/concerns, they take pride in their work and success. Would definitely recommend Revitalize Trichology!!!
