This man received a $95 retainer fee from me. He didn't have any advice and could not describe his area expertise or experience. He would not respond to my phone calls or emails. I had to go out there and threaten to report him if he didn't return my $95 retainer fee. Took me about 10 days. He has a record for not responding to clients.
