Wendy's

Let it be known that on Nov 7th of 2020 the Wendy's on Jack Martin in Brick delivered the hottest, most delicious meal we've ever had from the Franchise. Rest of the family agreed. The nuggets were fresh and perfectly done and the baked potato was smothered in cheese. Burgers were so flavorful and perfectly topped we couldn't believe one was only a dollar and change. Give these people a raise!! Thank you for a fantastic (and affordable) family meal!

It was good to have a decent cheeseburger for a change. The drive up was 10 cars deep when we got there, but it moved quickly and the people were nice. Good job everyone!

Two trips to Wendy’s in the last two weeks and disappointed both times. Are you ordered breakfast on a Saturday morning and they made me call to the side until my order was prepared. Other drivers were also waiting for their orders. My order never came, so, after 15 minutes of sitting there I drove back to the window and asked them what the problem was. Nobody knew why I was waiting. I asked for my money back, that’s when they handed me my order. I got my money back and left. Today, I just ordered a Baconator. One beef pattie And one piece of bacon. Somehow that didn’t fit the description that I saw on their menu board.

If you're ordering through 3rd party delivery (UberEats, DoorDash, etc), beware either the order details aren't sent correctly to the store, or the staff isn't paying attention (at all) to customers' orders. Every delivery order had something missing or was just completely wrong. Tried contacting the store before posting but received no answer.... So thought I'd share so others are aware that it's in your best interest to call in and have them repeat your order after you place it to confirm it's correct

The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The drive-thru moves quickly. Food is fresh and hot.
