Mr. Bernstein has done more for me in the past 30 days than my previous attorney did for me in over a year! He saved me from serving a 30 month sentence due to the inappropriate advice and misguidance (of prior attorney) and was able to have my guilty plea withdrawn and a new trial set. This man is an amazing attorney whom actually takes pride in his job and truly cares for his clients. He truly believes in his clients and will advocate for you 110%. I trust him completely.

Jack Bernstein is smug, dismissive, and did an objectively terrible job for my family member. He was nearly impossible to contact, and when he was contacted, he was always busy with other cases that he deemed more important. I cannot impress enough about how condescending Jack was. Jack seemed more concerned with remaining collegial with the prosecutor and the judge than defending my family. Did I mention Jack carries around a folder of paperwork that is the size of a phonebook...? this guy needs a freaking laptop. Jack failed us. Do not hire.
