I have been going here since February for cardio kickboxing. The entire facility is so clean, even before covid, and you can tell they care about what they do. The classes are great, and I love that the classes made me want to go back to the gym again. As a sidebar, the smoothie bar is also amazing! Check it out if you're looking for something different/to get back into working out. I love it!

I have just recently joined this training facility and have absolutely nothing negative to say. My first time walking in, me and my dad were welcomed with open arms by the staff. The coaches are absolutely amazing and have corrected me by talking with me and showing me the correct way to do things, they do not talk at me. I feel so comfortable being there, everyone is supportive. It’s a great, family oriented, training facility that I would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat !!

Trained at ncmma a while ago for a few months. Best place I’ve ever trained at. Everyone there treats each other with respect. The instructors are incredible at what they do. No mma gym trains as well as ncmma!

I train muay thai, BJJ, and boxing at NCMMA. I came to this gym from another bjj gym and was welcomed immediately with open arms by everyone i met. The instructors are so personable and the classes are well structured for everyone to find their pace and challenge themselves to get better.nBest gym in the state!
