Don’t ever go here to purchase a car. I purchased a Honda October of 2019. Signed a contract for the extended warranty, my car just had to go into the shop for issues. The dealership contacted the warranty company, only to be told the warrant does not exist. The dealership never sent the signed documents into the warranty company. I have been calling this dealership, leaving messages. I even drove there twice to find the dealership is closed. I am in the process of hiring an attorney to take them to court. I think this dealership is a front for something illegal especially after speaking to the neighboring shops. If you purchased a car and the extended warranty call to verify it even exists.

I visited the website and found the car I wanted. I proceeded to call the dealership and Spoke with salesperson ( Maybeline, very helpful and informed ) she answered all my questions and set a date and time for me to come and look at the car. When I got there for my appointment , she met and made the process as quick and easy as possible. I was there for less then an hour and left in the car I wanted ! I would highly recommend this dealership for great and affordable used cars and would highly recommend speaking with Maybeline if you plan on going there.

Went there the 24th after calling and saying I'm coming down too look at a vehicle drove a hour there to a empty building tried calling for 15 to 20 mins to the owner I suppose saying she was at the gas station. Went through the process of financing a car gave her all my info couldn't strike a deal so I left calls me not even 5 mins later to offer me something closer to the budget I was looking for I said go ahead and run it been calling for the past two days on the hour to no response not a damn word from these people.

Two months and no title. The girl who works there either never answers the phone or promises to get back to me and never does. By law if they do not produce a title they are required to take the car back. I plan on taking the car back and will call the police to assist when I go. Don’t buy here. Just called the NJ DMV and they have gotten nothing from them. Promised the paper tag was extended due to covid which was a lie. Title was not lost in mail. I contacted the NJ DMV and the ran the vin. You have done nothing to transfer the title. Then you promised another paper tag if I gave you my insurance information and nothing. I want my money back for the car I cannot drive! Cash like I paid! Tell me when to drop it off! Still waiting on that paper tag that you promised weeks ago! Tell me when to drop the car off for a full refund. Contacted the BBB and Ocean County consumer affairs. Next will be an attorney so you will take the car back since you refuse to supply a title and then lied about getting me a paper tag. I have a sick child and need a car. This place is an absolute disgrace! * It is a month later and still no title. They said it got lost in the mail which is a lie. I want my money back. I will gladly drop the car off but you never answer the phone. By law you are required to give me a title or take it back. Respond to that. NJ DMV has no record of you even trying to transfer the title. I contacted the Ocean county prosecutor’s office this morning. See you in court!*

I was looking for a reliable and fun car to drive for a few months. At first, I wasn't planning to buy a car, but in the end the car was good-looking, and after test driven by the employee there I felt the car was perfectly worth to get. The color of the car and the style was perfect for my needs. Thanks for the kindness, professionalism, and reasonable price for such a beautiful car. Great Experience!
