Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Just came back from an hour jump with my family. The check in process was smooth. guys were great and organized. Everything was great UNTIL we made it onto the general jumping area. I don't know about you, but if I'm taking my family to have a good time, the last thing I need is a teenager employed by sky zone to be a sheriff. Of course safety in important and I'm the biggest believer in that. Honestly, if my child was Asking me a question and we both we on the trampoline for a few seconds the shouts of get off kept on coming....so annoying that he even followed us around making sure that 2 people never touched the same trampoline. Turned a great time into a lousy one. Not the place for freedom to jump. Other places or GetAir. I have had great experiences with them.

First 10 minutes seemed to be interestingnthen the trampoline 4 of them where closednSo it was really boring..nWay too much money for half closed placenThen we decided to order some food orderd 2 French fry was only enough for one kid really pigs when French fry is very cheap I complained and the answer was thats our portion size had a bad experience

Best trampoline park and great service!

I took my 14 year old son to Sky Zone Lakewood Saturday evening there was a open hole in the trampoline and my sons leg went through it and his leg was cut badly. The staff at Sky Zone did nothing to help him and could not provide any first aid not even a band aid. I took him to the hospital for medical treatment. The owner to date has not returned any of mine or my wife’s telephone calls. The trampoline was not safety checked and they allowed children to utilize trampoline with hole that caused my sons injury. Luckily my son was able to get a picture of the hole with his iPhone. The Sky Zone owner or management has done nothing to contact us regarding this accident. I will be addressing this incident through litigation.
