We have only just recently discovered this beautiful beach. We got to Point Pleasant quite late and they wouldn’t let us onto that beach. We were lucky when someone informed us of Manasquan Beach. We googled it and drove just 10 minutes away.nnThis beach is as beautiful as those found in Virginia Beach. It’s a hidden gem!nnBe prepared to park about a quarter mile away. This tiny village provides no parking, which keeps the traffic low at this beach. Use the bathroom at your hotel, take along your cooler and sunscreen, spend 2 glorious hours at this hidden cove...

This is a very family friendly beach! We've come here for years now. Water is usually calm, but rough from time to time. Bathrooms are readily available and clean.
Clean, calm, quiet, nice people.. The best part of the beach. I highly recommend this place.
Beach is clean, ocean has decent size waves so you can surf. Plenty of space although it gets packed on the weekend. Parking isn't bad during weekdays and it's free.
