Have been going to prime quite often since they opened. Always had top notch food and service. They last two times (last month and yesterday) were terrible. So embarrassed to have brought friends there for their first time.nnFood was good as usual but the service was absolutely terrible. Party of 4 and we got 3 bread sticks. Our evening consisted of waiting for someone to open our wines, waiting to order, waiting for the table to be cleaned and 3 1/2 hours later offered dessert. Should have left like the table did behind us. Won’t be back. Best of luck.

I have been here multiple times and the food was amazing, and so was the service. But tonight was a huge disappointment. We waited almost 2 hours for our main course. When it finally arrived everything was cold! I am paying over $200 for my meal my plate alone was $65. When we told them about this, and asked what they would do about this to compensate we were told there was nothing they would do. Not one manger or owner came over to apologize or see what they could do to make it better. Instead my husband had to go and find the manger or owner who was insulting and condescending and suggested that we were looking to get free takeout! There was already one table that had gotten up walked out and the table next to us was going through the same experience as us! Not to mention that the their indoor dinning was filled to capacity! Not %25. They had all of there outdoor and indoor dinning filled and a kitchen that is not able to accommodate that amount of volume! Never have I ever experienced horrible customer service from management! My server was tipped to the fullest amount and more!’ Because I was given good service by him! Horrible management and ownership is the issue!

My wife and I had a horrible experience here. To keep it short:nThe hostess was extremely rude. When we insisted our inside reservation be honored we were told “We don’t rush guests. Why don’t you do in there and tell them to leave!”nWhen the owner came out he repeated the not rushing guests line but at least he managed to make a table inside.nThe wait staff is horrible. They stare into space and all appear to rather be anywhere else than at work. From the time we sat down to the time we left our waiter came over twice. Once to hand out menus and once to take the order. We were there over an hour and all we had been served was bread and salad. We paid for what we ate and left. We didn’t even get any of the food we ordered. For a place that has Morton’s prices, they certainly don’t deliver a matching experience.

Terrible Service, Unsanitary, and Ridiculously Expensive:nnI work in food service and this was unacceptable. Servers and Host slow and uncaring. Staff did not wear their masks and handled the food from one table to another without washing their hands or wearing gloves. Food was decent but not for the price. Manager was just as lost as the servers and could not figure put how to split a check. (We told the server in advance for separate checks for his convenience). Waited at least an hour for entrees to come out. Waited another 30 minutes to get the bill processed because we had to split the check ourselves. Manager did nothing to compensate for our troubles and didn't even apologize. Lousy experience overall. Will not be returning.
